Lowell Arts! Saturday, September 29th, noon – 7 pm
During Lowell Open Studios weekend, COOL will present a whole afternoon of art events in Downtown Lowell. At the Park Visitor Center courtyard you will experience artists doing their works outdoors, a Chinese Moon Festival Celebration with traditional music and dance performances, and a taste of the Chinese ceremony cake and food.
